I know that food is only part of it. And it’s not “one size fits all”. That’s why I have created my programs to not only help people with what they eat, but also how they feel about themselves, their lifestyle choices and their limiting beliefs and mindset.

  • The importance of a balanced diet – no more restriction!

  • How to nourish your body with the right foods, keeping you feeling satisfied and helping any unwanted pounds melt away.

Each week you will receive

  • 30-45 minute 1-to-1 coaching session with me (which will look at how you have been getting on, celebrating successes, support you through any obstacles)

  • A weekly module masterclass (with workbook)

  • Goal setting to springboard you to success into the coming week.

  • You will also be able to email me/text me/phone me with any questions you may have throughout the week.

  • Private Facebook community to share your successes, ask questions and gain inspiration.
